CAPACITORS

  CAPACITANCE OF  CONDENSER :

   The charges required to produced a certain difference of potential between the plates of a condenser is a constant ratio to the potential. This constant ratio is called capacity of condenser. 


MICA CAPACITORS :

Silver mica capacitors are high precision, stable and reliable capacitors. They are available in small values, and are mostly used at high frequencies and in cases where low losses (high Q) and low capacitor change over time is desired

CAPACITOR :

A capacitor is a device that stores electrical energy in an electric field. It is a passive electronic component with two terminals.


CAPACITANCE:

Capacitance is the ratio of the amount of electric charge stored on a conductor to a difference in electric potential. There are two closely related notions of capacitance: self capacitance and mutual capacitance.

PRINCIPAL OF CAPACITOR:

A capacitor works on the principle that the capacitance of a conductor increases appreciably when an earthed conductor is brought near it. Hence, a capacitor has two plates separated by a distance having equal and opposite charges.
